We had a great experience with Ellie at Shipley Floor Tonic. She was incredibly friendly and helpful while we were browsing, and helped us narrow things down to a couple of options.
Although we initially chose another supplier based on recommendations, that decision quickly turned into a nightmare. At the last minute, I reached out to Ellie for advice, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was honest, didn’t try to take advantage of the situation, and genuinely just wanted to help.
She connected us with excellent fitters who stepped in on moving day, fixed the previous issues, and completed the job to a high standard. We’re genuinely so grateful.
Ellie even followed up afterwards to check how everything went, which was a really thoughtful touch.
We won’t be going anywhere else in future. Highly recommend.
