My new favourite garden centre. I bought a super established aloe Vera with little babies on the side for £9.50. I was super chuffed and all selection of pots and plants was fabulous.
It was quiet to shop and the team were helpful and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back!
I would just like to thank you for your kindness to a disabled fisherman. Many years ago Vic got me fishing at this lake and I have had many good catches there. I am now disabled and need a carer/helper to land and unhook the fish for me. The young lady who took the money was kind enough to call and arrange for me not to have to pay for my carer, as he wasn’t fishing, just helping me. It’s nice to see a business that considers customers and not just money. I’m also a pensioner. Many thanks to you all.
Absolutely amazing garden centre, great selection of outdoor plants, some more unusual things and incredibly reasonable prices! Indoor plants also at very good prices, beautiful selection of over pots/planters. Highly recommended! Also several other great shops in the car park. Fantastic stuff!
Recently visited the caffee again and as usual the staff incredibly friendly and breakfast delicious. My poached eggs cooked to perfection. Highly recommend! Note that weekends may be quite busy.
I love this garden centre, it’s got a nice size car park with a few disabled spots. The garden centre has great value plants which always seem to do well, and there is a beautiful flower shop inside too. The staff can make up gorgeous bouquets of flowers for any occasion and a good price too. Next door to it is Fletchers farm shop, the produce is fantastic, the fruit and veg taste so much better than the supermarket, especially the avocados which I always find tricky. They also do frozen goodies, milk and artisan foodie products… I’m going to sample the fresh cut bread with a bit if blackcurrant and sloe gin jam! Yum! The site has many shops, a craft shop, garden ornaments, vintage antiques and jewellery, patios and sheds - it’s great to have a nosy round and def pop into the cafe. Fab breakfasts and lunches. Just note it’s all closed on a Monday. Which is fair enough as they are open all weekend.
