I knew exactly what shade of oak I wanted but couldn't find it anywhere at the right price until my brother suggested Image-Flooring. Fabulous service from start to finish. Katrina (in store) was so friendly and accommodating, keeping us updated of delivery dates, etc, plus a courtesy reminder two days before the fitting of our carpet. Dan was great (especially as he was flying solo on a very hot day!) and did such a neat job. He even hoovers up afterwards 👍🏻 Will definitely be using Image Flooring Benfleet again and thoroughly recommend. Thanks so much!
After researching flooring options for a large bungalow extension decided to visit Image flooring 197, High Road Benfleet. Service from Katrina was excellent and was impressed with the overall experience so decided to proceed with laminate flooring. Could not be happier with the result - although we had cheaper quotes in the end you get what you pay for. Would not hesitate in recommending this local company.
Wonderful service from Image Flooring. Would highly recommend. All the staff, the fitters and everyone involved are super friendly and efficient. The guys got the job done quickly and I loved that they kept everything very clean. Will 100% be using again.
Amazing service from start to finish, Katrina was so helpful on every question we had and walking in to the flooring be complete when we returned from holiday was a dream to walk into on…..although my boys wanted to stay and help Neil lay the floor, who did an amazing job laying the double herringbone, so pleased with it!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for flooring these guys are top quality!
