We recently used Priory Flooring for carpets and Karndean flooring throughout our home and were extremely pleased with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and reliable.
The fitting team did an excellent job with both the carpets and the Karndean flooring, with great attention to detail and a very high standard of workmanship. Everything was completed efficiently and the finished result looks fantastic.
A huge help during our building work was that Priory Flooring also stored half of our carpets for us until we were ready for them to be fitted. This made the whole process so much easier and showed real flexibility and customer care.
We would highly recommend Priory Flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent service.
Had the complete downstairs floored with LVT. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. The team at priory were very helpful, assisting us in choosing the right flooring. Joe was great and made the process very easy, ordering and arranging the installation to suit our timelines. The installation team did a great job and left it all very tidy when they finished. definitely will return when we plan to do carpets/flooring in other areas. Highly recommend!
Priory Carpets and Flooring were brilliant. We had Amtico Flooring put in our new extension and they fitted everything with minimal disruption, and just cracked on with the job. They would also include us in any decisions, including advising on the panel/design direction. We wete very happy with the finished job. Would definitely recommend the flooring and fitters that they recommended.
Priory Flooring was recommended to us by a friend who had personal experience of them and said they were a really good family type business. We visited the store and having perused an array of swatches we selected the one most suitable for us. We made payment and arranged a day for fitting and Joe, who I believe is the store manager, even attended our home to confirm my own measurements.
Regrettably, on the day of fitting there was an unfortunate accident where our flooring was erroneously cut in the wrong place rendering it useless. Dylan, the fitter, immediately admitted his error and made a call to Joe at the store and attempted to locate a replacement. Unfortunately, there was no available stock in the size that we had ordered and Joe went above and beyond to find an alternative and shortly thereafter called to tell us that he had found an almost identical flooring which was slightly more expensive and offered to waive the extra costs as a gesture of good will.
A couple of hours later Dylan returned with the replacement flooring and completed an expert fitting. He even went above and beyond by assisting me move our appliances back into place.
I am really pleased with PrioryFlooring from how we were welcomed in store and especially how they responded after the erroneous cutting. Joe took person responsibility for resolving the issue by sourcing a suitable replacement and having Dan return to complete the fitting but just a few hours later than originally planned.
Without doubt, l would happily recommend Priory Flooring as a friendly, customer focused and professional business who l will return to should I need floor coverings in the future.
