The fitting team did an excellent job with both the carpets and the Karndean flooring, with great attention to detail and a very high standard of workmanship. Everything was completed efficiently and the finished result looks fantastic.
A huge help during our building work was that Priory Flooring also stored half of our carpets for us until we were ready for them to be fitted. This made the whole process so much easier and showed real flexibility and customer care.

From the moment we first arrived in the store, Joe was incredibly helpful. He managed to fit us in at very short notice and made sure everything was arranged in time for us, which really took the pressure off. Communication was great throughout and everything was clearly explained from the start.
Dylan fitted the carpets and they look fantastic. The finish is excellent and the rooms feel completely transformed. Danny installed the LVT and the result looks brilliant. It has given the space a really clean, high quality look and we are absolutely delighted with it.
Both arrived exactly when they said they would and worked efficiently, leaving everything tidy afterwards.
We are very glad we chose Priory and would happily recommend to anyone looking for great service and quality flooring. Thanks again to the whole team!
Just had carpet replaced throughout my house. Amazing service! Excellent sales advice in the extensive showroom and great carpet fitting service. They worked extremely hard and got the job finished in quick time. Highly recommend this company.
We have returned to Priory again given we received such brilliant service and choice last time we refurbished our last home - for carpets and engineered wood. Their selection is fantastic but what is truly stand-out is their expertise, honest guidance, and the effort they go to personally to help you choose the right products for you at a great price. In particular, Michelle, we can’t thank you enough!
