Excellent from start to finish. Jak was very respectful of our home, kept it neat and tidy. He was also very knowledgeable when it came to any additional work that was required. Its our 3rd time using JW Flooring and will hopefully be having them back in the near future. Would highly recommend.
We had J W flooring to fit our kitchen/diner last month. John came and measured up promptly. His son Jak prepped, levelled and laid Karndean flooring for us. He did a fantastic job, gave helpful advice on how to look after the floor too. Very professional and highly recommend and will definitely use them again for our hall.
We recently had JW Flooring supply and fit carpet to our stairs, landing, and three additional bedrooms, and the service was excellent from start to finish. John was very helpful in providing samples and a clear quotation, while Jak, who carried out the fitting, did a fantastic job. Both were professional, courteous, and reliable throughout the process. All work was completed smoothly and to a high standard, with no issues at all. We would have no hesitation in using JW Flooring again and would happily recommend them to others.
Kitchen floor replaced with Karndean LVT tiles by Jak from JW Flooring. Old tiles taken up, levelling and new tiles expertly laid (plus fixing a damaged old step! Thanks Jak). A great job with great service. Highly recommend!

John came and measured up and talked us through each step of the process and provided us with the quotation promptly.
Once it came to the fitting Jak did an amazing job. He worked so hard and even though we left him alone to get on with the job any concerns or queries that he encountered along the way he ran past us keeping us informed each step of the way to make sure we were happy.. He worked tidily and respected our home. We were pleased with the flooring when finished. I would recommend this Company, a credit to their trade.
