Recently used Beckenham Carpets to fit a runner on my stairs and had a great experience. Having only moved to the area a year ago, it was good to use a local business, that were friendly, accommodating and really good at what they do!!
I can’t claim to be an expert on carpets, but I know the carpet and underlay are great quality, and importantly it also feels and looks beautiful.
Thank you to Andrew who fitted and did everything perfectly, and made it all look so easy, as well as fitting everything so quickly! Also thank you to the lovely man who works on a Saturday in the shop, and answered all my questions every time I came in, let me take lots of samples, and listened as I debated with myself over which colour to have!

Really happy with our new carpet for our loft room. Gary and the team were great at every stage. They were so helpful. Install all done very professionally and to a great standard. Would definitely recommend and far better then the big carpet chains who often use sub contractor installers where quality can really vary.

Gary was brilliant to communicate with and he took time to ensure we landed on what we wanted.
The carpet and underlay are top quality - we get comments from our friends and family on how nice it looks and feels.
The install was efficient and they were keen to ensure they left with us being happy with the job - no issue in requests to work on a couple of areas due to uneven floor (not their work).
I noticed a squeaky threshold bar several weeks ago. On calling, Gary was very quick to arrange a time for his team to come and look. Jake and Ben were brilliant and went beyond what was expected to try and ensure the fit was the best it can be (again issues of working with an old house / boards).
My only hope is if/when I move I move to a location that they would service.
I can't recommend them enough
Fantastic service from Andrew at Beckenham Carpets. He came to quote on replacing the flooring in the kitchen that had been missing for years after a leak. He brought samples to show me, was punctual and polite, and the work was done quickly and well within budget, to a very high standard. Am very impressed and I'll definitely be contacting him for future projects!
Had a great experience from start to finish with Beckenham Carpets. Really pleased with our new Quickstep floor fitted by Ben & Alfie. Would highly recommend and will be using this local company again.
