Wonderful service from start to finish. Sadie in the sales department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Originally looked at Karndean but went for one of the invictus maximus range. So glad we did as it looks stunning! We had Joe and Ollie fit my LVT in my Kitchen/Dining and utility. Nothing was too much trouble! Great set of lads who were always happy and can have a laugh with! Always kept the place tidy whenever they left (3 x day job) Overall experience was excellent and highly recommend to anyone who needs new flooring! Thank you so much!
First class service from start to finish. We really appreciated their expertise in choosing the most appropriate Karndean flooring for our kitchen and utility room. The preparation and fitting of the floor was absolute perfection - thank you to Lewis and Craig who did a superb job. Cannot recommend this firm highly enough- they provide a quality service at a reasonable price.
Our living room carpet was fitted last Monday afternoon - first class service from start to finish - the two fitters were efficient and did a professional job including hoovering the finished carpet and lifting most of our furniture back in our room - we will definitely use Hudspeths again
I regret choosing Hudspeth Flooring Company for my kitchen and utility flooring. Several issues made this a stressful experience:
The checkerboard pattern was misaligned due to incorrect measurements and lack of waste material.
Damaged Product: The vinyl was damaged before fitting (apparently by a forklift).
Wrong Product Advice: I later learned the vinyl chosen is unsuitable for kitchens and utility areas, something that should have been explained upfront.
Unprofessional Communication: Internal emails referred to me as “very particular,” which I find insulting. Expecting quality and respect is reasonable.
I specifically wanted a like for like replacement following a water escape and insurance claim, but my expectations were not met. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
What a great help Sadie was at the fabulous Brompton on Swale showroom yesterday. Friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to spend time helping me narrow down my options from a wide range of colours, styles and materials in the natural flooring ranges. Thanks so much
