We had a flood from a neighbour which had to go through two insurance companies. Great service end to end from Paul, Claire and the entire team. They offered the most competitive price for a far superior product than competitors, and fitters did an exceptional job - very fast and efficient. Will definitely use this small, local business again. Even the cat approves! Thank you!
Oh my gosh, what a gem of a place this is! Knew next to nothing about what kind of carpet we needed and Claire was super helpful at directing us to the most suitable ones for our room and budget. Much more knowledgeable and friendly than the larger chain carpet stores and turns out that the prices were better too (something I wasn't expecting). What's more, we managed to get it fitted within one week of ordering as we were tight on time. Cannot thank Claire and Paul enough and we will definitely be back!
Just had carpet and LVT flooring purchased and laid by these guys and just had to leave a review as they are so efficient and professional perfectionist and I’m so so happy I would use them again and again I definitely recommend them 💯
Amazing installation of Harvey Maria flooring in our hallway and porch. Very professional and friendly communication throughout and we are so happy with the finished product (we started with torn vinyl flooring and a very uneven concrete porch so it’s quite the transformation)
Not only did we buy our carpet from Pauls Floors we recommended to my mum too and we were all super pleased. From choosing at the shop and with their expert help we bought beautiful carpets which were then expertly laid by Paul, would definitely recommend anyone to use their service, the choice they have is amazing.
