The team were professional, reliable, friendly, and their workmanship was absolutely spotless — everything was kept so clean and tidy throughout the job. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they kept us fully informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the whole process from beginning to end. We recently had Emerald Flooring to fit new flooring in our kitchen. From our very first visit to the showroom Pat had such a friendly and welcoming approach. He was more than happy to give us advice regarding an issue we had with our kitchen floor. He was also very helpful in recommending which type of flooring would be best and was happy for us to take samples home to help us decide. We were so pleased that Pat and his team helped to resolve the issue we had with our kitchen floor before fitting the new flooring. The installer was very polite and worked really hard with great attention to detail. The whole process went smoothly and we are extremely pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Emerald Flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring with excellent customer service.

These lads are fantastic. I am having a whole house renovation done and so they were organised by the builder rather than by me. The builder briefed them on the job and they came on a Saturday to do it. As they prepared the floor they noticed some imperfections in the way the floor had been laid initially by the builder which would have led to some minor visual inconsistency with the appearance of the floor they were laying. They showed me but I couldn't see it but they wouldn't install my floor because it wouldn't be perfect. So they came back two days later to do some additional preparation before then returning on the following Saturday to lay the floor. It's a marvellous job. As part of my renovation I had an outbuilding renovated last winter. There were some imperfections with the finish on that - which Emerald didn't do - and so, not only did they do the first rate job described above on the main house, they came over and fixed the imperfect finish on my outbuilding floor at no extra cost. I've watched too much Rogue Traders on the telly and so have a instinctive sense that all tradespeople are just itching to do a poor job and rip me off. The lads are the complete antithesis of that. They really take pride in their work and show exhaustive attention to detail. It was no surprise to me to see that every other review they have received is 5* too. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have used Emerald Flooring on three of my homes now and they truly are the best. Their attention to detail is worth every penny. No thick beads of silicone around your floors just absolute perfection in every cut. I absolutely LOVE my new J2 Holborn Oak. I would recommend Jamie, Pat and the team to anyone! Thanks again gents!
