We had the best experience getting our kitchen floor put down, from ordering, measuring to fitting. The fitter Dee went above and beyond in accommodating us. He took immense pride in his work and the finished product is absolutely flawless. We will definitely be going back to Ambience in the future.

Chris and steph, in store were a massive help and both seemed extremely knowledgeable about all the ranges available and a huge help when it came to picking our style (a HUGE help, because me and the Mrs couldn't agree 🤣)
Davy, the fitter was quick and efficient, very polite and tidied up after himself, even though I was happy to take care of that end of things.
If you need LVT or carpets, I would not recommend going to anyone else.

I recently used Ambience to install new amtico flooring for a kitchen/dinning room project. The service was 5* all the way from Adrian, Chris and Steph in the choosing and pricing of the floor through to installation from Lewis and Curtis. Nothing was too much trouble from providing me with flooring samples to several preinstall site visits to check dimensions and the quality of old floor surfaces. The installation team were here as per agreed work schedule and they were very obliging in attending to all my requirements. A first class job from a professional team. Many thanks from a very happy customer!
I can't recommend Ambience Design Flooring highly enough. From Adrian's warm and helpful advice to Steph and Chris's visit to measure up and Joel's fitting - nothing was too much trouble and the finished floor is fantastic. They were VERY competitive on price compared to other local retailers. Forgive the photos - the room is not finished yet:) but I am sure you can see the professional finish - we are delighted! Give Adrain a call!
We dealt with Chris at Ambience, and the service was perfect. We bought Amtico for the ground floor. Told us to take samples home to ensure we had right one. No pressure in the slightest. And glad we did as WE would have chosen wrongly. He averted a disaster for us. Price agreed , very competitive, all ordered and fitted beautifully without any hiccups . Basically they did as they said , when they said. We are delighted and would highly recommend
