Most recently, Joe and his fellow fitter did a fantastic job with the installation in our bedroom whilst being professional, friendly, hardworking, and with great attention to detail.
When we visited the showroom, we were made to feel welcome straight away. The staff member we spoke to was friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful, taking the time to answer our questions and help us choose the right flooring without any pressure.

We recently had our stairs and landing carpet fitted and couldn’t be happier with the result. The carpet itself is excellent quality and has completely transformed the space. From the start, we were given really helpful advice on choosing the right style and material, which made the whole process straightforward.
What really stood out was the prompt service - we had a same-day home visit for both the quotation and fitting, which was incredibly convenient. The fitting was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!
