Just wonderful! Great service, communication and results thanks to Simon at the store and Wayne who single handedly completed our entire Amtico in 2 weeks.
We had a slight issue with the carpet on our stairs, bedroom and landing. After it was fitted we discovered that the colour did not match the sample in the store (not the stores fault). With no questions asked Simon jumped to figure out a new solution for us and immediately contacted the manufacturer for a resolution. We decided to add more Amtico in the bedroom and Simon got it ordered within a day and Wayne had it fully fitted 3 days later. The new carpet was also fitted right away.
The workmanship for both the new carpet and the Amtico has been finished to a perfect standard and I have absolutely no complaints. Additionally, the price was substantially more reasonable than having Bellway fit the flooring.
The first thing everyone compliments when walking through the door is the flooring :)
Excellent service from Wilsons, we had Karndean flooring fitted in two rooms, the floor was not particularly level but the fitter (Chris) spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect before fitting the floor. He was thorough and meticulous. The second floor involved an intricate design and he was again meticulous. everything was left clean and tidy each days. would highly recommend.

Used Wilson's recently for Kitchen and utility floor (glue-down Karndean).
There wasn't any 'pressure selling' in the store, the chap was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product ranges. Measure and quote was no hassle.
The installer seemed interested in achieving the best fit and finish rather than simply trying to finish the job as fast as possible.
Screed and floor fittings was completed in a couple of days, really happy with the result, can recommend.
Most excellent from first store visit to our newly laid kardean vinyl floor. Simon and Lawrie were excellent in their communication and Chris the fitter was brilliant - a skilled guy, really pleasant to have around and great at talking through the process. Top notch 👍
