We recently purchased carpet for the entire first floor of our three-bedroom semi-detached home, and I can honestly say the whole experience was exceptional.
From the moment we walked into the shop for our initial viewing, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. The owner took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and even provided a helpful guide quote for the carpets we were considering, which gave us a clear idea of pricing without any pressure.
A week later, my wife and I returned for another viewing and decided on a beautiful 20-pile carpet with 9mm underlay. We weren’t entirely sure how many square metres we needed, but the owner went above and beyond by coming to our home the very same day to measure up and provide a precise quote. He also made excellent recommendations to minimise wastage and carefully plan the carpeting around the landing banister area — advice we wouldn’t have even thought about ourselves.
After confirming the quote, he returned just one week later to complete the installation. The workmanship is absolutely faultless. Every edge, join, and finish has been done to the highest standard, and we genuinely cannot find a single issue. The transformation is incredible — they’ve truly helped turn our house into a home.
We are beyond pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this respected and professional dealer to anyone looking for quality carpets and outstanding service.

Excellent service from start to finish, great product range at unbeatable prices. Very friendly staff from in store to fitters and ensured we were well looked after, and flexible with you on fitting dates too, worked around our renovations really well, couldn't have asked for anything more
