Keiran was shutting up shop 10 mins before 6pm on a Saturday and reduced my business for a whole house fit out. Asked him politely if I could have a quick look, to which he refused.
I explained I came from far just to see quickly what they had as travelled - few hours to get here on time.according ti google they shut at 6pm.
Claimed I wasn’t going to buy and wanted to leave. Bad attitude towards genuine business.
Helpful and understanding. I ordered some flooring but the flooring company messed up and it ended up being late, almost too late as my bathroom was already being worked on. I cancelled and was buying a backup when i was called to say it had just been delivered to the store. They were really nice and refunded me the cost of one of the boxes which was really appreciated.
We ordered on Wednesday evening, when we came home we had a phone call to say there was a cancellation and we could have the floor fitted the next day. It was fitted beautifully by a very professional fitter and looks fabulous.
