Dean and the team were extremely helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble to make sure we were happy with our laminate and carpet selection. Any questions were answered promptly and professionally.
The fitting was done to a high standard and within an efficient time frame.
Very impressed all round and would definitely use again for other parts of the house and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
AVOID – LOOK ELSEWHERE
I ordered flooring that was listed as available on the company's website on 31/03/26, only to be informed later that the manufacturer had stopped producing it.
Initially, the company was helpful and sent me some alternative options. However, none of these met our requirements, so on 19/04/26 I politely requested a full refund.
Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. As I write this, no refund has been received, even though I have been repeatedly assured that it would reach my account.
The explanation given is that there is an issue with Shopify processing the refund (hard to believe) Regardless of the reason, I have now been waiting an unacceptable length of time for money that should have been returned weeks ago.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
We are super impressed!!! Good quality flooring, amazing service, extremely good value, great communication, speedy and just all round absolutely loved them - will be using again for the rest of our floors for sure
We've had our home completely redecorated, including a replacement vinyl bathroom floor. We approached CM Flooring Supplies to quote for supply & fit of new flooring. Dean promptly responded to my email, requested dimensions, and produced a quote within a couple of hours. We had the new floor fitted and are delighted with the quality of service from CM Flooring.. Highly recommended!
Looking to have bathroom and kitchen floor relayed with vinyl. The lady in the office was most helpful with samples. The manager Dean came and did a prompt inspection and arranged a date. The job was done on the booked date quickly and to a high standard. Dean responded positively and promptly to queries and it was all done for a very reasonable price. What more could one ask? Highly recommended.
