We have just had LVT supplied by Kingsway Carpets from start to finish everything has been great. Neil was so helpful in the shop spending as much time as we needed giving us advice on the different floorings available. The fitters were great. We had a big issue with the floor in the kitchen not being level with the rest of the house (we were having the same flooring done all the way through downstairs) but they managed to level it for us. The lads came when they said they were going to and worked extremely hard & did a fantastic job. Kade the fitter we will definitely want to do any future carpets we will be replacing. We are very happy customers & couldn’t recommend this company enough!

We recently used Kingsway Carpets for a Luxury Vinyl Tile project in our home, we are extremely happy with the results.
The team in the showroom (special thanks to Neil) was incredibly helpful. LVT can be overwhelming with all the different types but they took the time to explain and helped us find a style that perfectly matched what we wanted.
The fitting team was professional, LVT requires a lot of precision, especially with the floor preparation and they handled it meticulously. They worked very hard, and left the floor looking amazing.
The final result is stunning and the quote was very competitive.

After a really bad experience with B&Q that left our previous flooring cracked all over. With no refund or responsibility taken we decided to use our local flooring store instead, and we’re so glad we did.
The team were super helpful and knowledgeable. They talked us through the options in-store and helped us choose laminate flooring that was clearly better quality than what we’d had before, and at a more affordable price than B&Q too.
The supplied the fitters as well - we really wanted the supply and fitting handled by the same place, and they made the whole process easy. They even lifted our old floor for us.
The fitters arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job laying the new floor. The finish is to a really high standard and we’re absolutely delighted with it.
We would 100% use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.
We found Kingsway Carpets by chance. Another trader who wanted to charge us double for a similar carpet couldn't fit us in with the timeline we were working to, we called around and found Kingsway. Their customer service was fantastic - two very friendly and helpful chaps in the shop. They helped us choose a carpet which looks great. The fitter did a fantastic job. We've had previous jobs done by other companies where the thresholds have come loose, not in this case. They used brushed brass thresholds. They look fantastic. The carpets fitted very well, no fraying on a difficult floor. Couldn't recommend higher. We'll definitely be using them again.
Great from start to finish really helpful, and good price. When it came to tidying and fitting turned up when they said they would no fuss job done. Carpet amazing and so comfortable. Definitely recommend
