I emailed Nigel Byroms to help rectify a problem with our lounge carpet at our holiday home, ( not initially fitted by Nigel Byroms)
Within minutes Aaron replied and arranged for their carpet fitters to call. They arrived as arranged and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
I would certainly recommend them and will 100% be in touch with them for any other flooring purchases. We have dealt with Nigel previously and always receive a superb service.
Had our bedroom carpet fitted and we are really pleased with the result. Good quality carpet at reasonable price with excellent customer service throughout. So happy we've gone back to have another bedroom carpeted. Highly recommended.
Nigel and his staff are amazing. They helped my grandparents, Jack and Shirley after a leak in their home. Nigel came to their house straight away and sorted them out with new furniture immediately. He also was kind enough to call them to check on the progress of the refurbishing and to ask how they were doing. His staff were polite, efficient and very kind when they came to fit their carpets. They would recommend Nigel and his staff to everyone!
