Russell was so helpful in helping us select a stair runner. We had an appointment at there show room and then were able to test the samples at home. Throughout the process, services have been excellent. Delivery from ordering to fitting was very quick and our stair runner looks fantastic! All staff were excellent and the runner was installed to a very high standard. Thank you so much :)
Excellent service. Russell was extremely helpful when I visited the shop to select the carpets. Carpets were laid over 2 days by 2 different teams- both were very professional, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend Russdales Flooring and would definitely use them again. We were led to work with Russdales after a family recommendation, and they were fantastic to work with. They have a huge selection of options, so it's good to know what you want first, but Russ was really helpful in helping us determine what we wanted. No more wooden floors, but a beautiful landing carpet and stair runner are now in our house.

Prompt quote within 2 days and a week wait for carpets to be ordered and fitted, A little on the expensive side in my opinion but was really happy with end result.
