Paul’s carpets were great with helping me with a measure up, choice of floor and and pricing. Booked me in as early as they could Had a wooden floor fitted through living, dining room and hallway. Best price for the chevron floor. Can I just say the fitter who came was called Cameron (cam) he did absolutely amazing he was a perfectionist and was here all day. Floor looks amazing he was professional hard working and very polite would highly recommend him he’s a credit to the company.
Fitted quickly and no wait good quality carpet and finish. Fitter was polite and job was complete quick..charged 10 for carpet bars which wasn't included... happy with work and would use again

Was recommended to here. Went in as needed bedroom carpets supplied and fitted quickly (between wardrobe build and bed build dates). Despite being December no problem fitting me in. Carpets & deep underlay arrived and fitted perfectly by lovely fitter. Highly recommend
Not the greatest of experiences. We had a floor fitted near 2 weeks ago in a square bedroom with no awkward cuts needed by 2 guys, along with skirting. It took them from 9.30am until 2.30pm to fit the floor, then the skirting was fitted from 3pm until 4 pm. I have never known floor fitters to take so long.The floor started to lift in areas and come apart the same day, the guys answer was to wedge cardboard under the skirting and he said that would keep the floor from lifting again, we rang pauls carpets to he told 'yeah but is it fixed'
Another guy called ben who manages the two lads came out and fixed it. We then noticed the floor was uneven and lifting again, the manager Ben came out again to fix it today. We have had the exact same flooring fitted by Cam and Matty in two other rooms which are bigger. The difference in workmanship is massive, it took Cam and Matty less time to do two rooms to a higher standard than it did for these two lads to do one room. I felt sorry for Ben as he really tried to rectify it but the workmanship is shocking.
