Called Ross hughes flooring to call over for a quote and thanks to Nick Millington for calling over so promptly. They went above and beyond to make good with new ply and paying attention to the joints bt applying self levelling between all joints. Really happy with the quality and the service has been excellent. After service from Nick Millington has also been amazing and nothing is too much for him , hughes thanks to Nick and the team at Ross Hughes flooring. Highly recommended!!

Bought our carpet from Ross Hughes having used them twice before and been pleased with their work and wanted the carpet upstairs to match the carpet they’d fitted downstairs. Not sure what went wrong this time?! Left the fitters at the house as we where confident in their work however the job was pretty poor… having been advised to decorate before hand we came home to one room covered in scuffed and damaged skirting and even half way up the walls. One of the fittings they’d advised we needed was left behind obviously used and then discarded- this was included on the invoice, and a shelf had been visibly knocked and plaster on the floor. When we raised concerns via email and included photos they sent someone who was passing over to see the work, unfortunately as we hadn’t had any notice of this visit, we were both at work. We let them know that we’d had to repaint the damage as the furniture needed to be moved back into the house but we had emailed photos. They told us they’d report back and let us know what was happening. A couple of weeks ago later we received another email with the invoice. No update, whilst we don’t expect anything to be taken off an acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way. We unfortunately won’t be using Ross Hughes again.

Behave used Ross Hughes a few years ago so knew we wanted to use them for my parents moving to the area. Fantastic service from start to finish. Adrian was so accommodating. Flooring and carpets look lovely. Thank you to all the team. We will be using them when our Flooring needs redoing
