We were absolutely delighted with the amazing work Andy, Daniel, Kraig and the guys did in our lounge and playroom (carpet -> LVT). Daniel was our main fitter and he was early, efficient and very neat and respectful of our furniture and space, did a beautiful job laying herringbone LVT for us and the rooms look absolutely beautiful. They hoovered and tidied up afterward and the whole (quite big) job was done very quickly and efficiently and no mess for us to deal with afterward. Really appreciate Daniel especially for noticing a few bits that needed fixing around the rooms he was working on and doing that for us (e.g. removing some old wires). The price quoted was extremely reasonable and they didn't try to upsell us things, just really looked at our situation and recommended what would be the best solution for us (dogs and kids). We're definitely going to be using them again for upstairs carpets. Thank you all for your amazing work. 100% recommend.
We were really pleased with whole process from initial survey to ordering and final fit . We felt informed and in good hands . The fitter was friendly but focussed and professional again making sure we were fully informed - He arrived on time and did a great job paying attention to detail and we loved the final out come !
We would thoroughly recommend Andy Bell and his whole team - Emma and Bianca in the office, Kraig, Dan and all the other fitters involved in our job of re-flooring the property we have renovated over the last year. They all contributed to make the whole process which included taking up and then re-fitting some of the original carpets, advising on selection of new types and styles of flooring, and then re-adjusting their fitting programme to fit around our building complications.

Oxford City Flooring completed a substantial amount of work in our 4-bed house, including laying new laminate upstairs, installing vinyl in the kitchen, and sanding and treating the wooden floors downstairs. Every part of the job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, and the finished results have completely transformed our home. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship across all flooring types was clear from start to finish.

Oxford City Flooring did a great job of the flooring for our garden room extension. We chose Amtico teak in a deck block pattern, and it looks warm and inviting. Everyone at OCF was really helpful, and Simon who fitted the floor did a beautiful job.
