Made up with our new stairs and landing carpet! Great selection in the shop, and Sally was so helpful in guiding us to the right choice. She even let us take a few samples home to check the colour. The carpet was ordered and fitted very quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Thank you, Maltbys!

The Staff have been very friendly and helpful. When I rang to inquire about some carpet, they arranged for a member of staff to call to measure up. Following this, I went into the shop to look at different types and colours of carpet which led to me placing an order. They've been very understanding, especially as the house needed decorating before the carpets can be fitted. A long established company with a very good reputation.

When we decided to re-carpet our whole house, we visited several carpet shops to seek advice on selecting the best floor coverings. It was immediately obvious that Chris and the team at Malby’s had by far the best product knowledge in the area. The showroom in Brook street boasts an extensive selection of carpet samples and we were allowed to borrow whatever samples we wanted to try them out at home. When quoting, Chris produced a detailed breakdown of the measurements, cutting list and cost. We therefore knew exactly what we were getting and his price was significantly lower than other quotations we had obtained. Chris knew that quality was very important to us and allocated top quality fitters. The installation went brilliantly. Matt, Simon and Harry worked really hard for us and we are more than delighted with both the carpets and the luxury vinyl tiles. As the carpets we were replacing were still in good condition, we wanted to pass them on to one of our daughters. Chris was extremely helpful in measuring up to check they would fit and even arranged fitters to do the work. She too was delighted with the outcome. I can’t recommend Malby’s highly enough for their excellent quality, value and customer service.

Beautiful light grey carpets and Matt ( with over 35 yrs fitting service for Maltbys, wow! ) and Harry made a totally amazing job.. Very helpful and friendly. The attention to detail was perfect... Thanks Chris and Sally and all the other staff I spoke to who sadly I can’t remember their names.. I never ever wanted the cheapest but feel this was an amazing carpet and fitting service at a truly great price. Thank you again...
