Me and my partner recently purchased our first house and decided to remove the carpet upstairs and instead have LVT fitted. At first everything seemed very overwhelming as we have never done anything like this before, even when visiting showrooms and other companies we never felt as assured and confident in our decision. However, as soon as we spoke to Simon in the warehouse we felt free to ask questions, he gave us a tonne of options and advised us in ways to save money and stay comfortably within our budget. The next day Simon came by, measured everything in 15 minutes, a few hours later sent us a quote. Less than two weeks later, Nathan came by and fitted the LVT (also looked after our cat!). The job was very well done, the floors look stunning and it was all done in one day! The invoice was sent the day after and everything went smoothly. Honestly, what a great company, could not recommend more, the best costumer service and the most friendly and professional people! A special thank you to Simon, Rob and Nathan!
Excellent company. I made several visits to choose a floor covering. Rob was really friendly and helpful each time I went in. Stuart and Nathan the fitters were really focused on their work and fitted the vinyl perfectly in a very difficult area. Stuart even laid it into the meter cupboard which I wouldn’t have thought of doing. My floor looks great, I’m so pleased. Another member of staff came to measure up and was also pleasant and helpful. Thank you! I’ll be back to choose my next good quality vinyl for the bathroom
Excellent experience from start to finish from Rob , Simon and Dan who fitted the carpet. We looked at 4 companies for the carpet . Rob was the most helpful giving excellent advice including lending sample books telling us to take our time. The delivery and fitting was quick and the end result is amazing. Would recommend 100%
As I am currently medically unable to drive I had to place my order, choose the flooring and pay the bill on line. Rob was very helpful and it was a smooth process.
The flooring is terrific and the fitter was exceedingly through and a perfectionist in every way. Absolutely first class and highly recommended.
