After having bad experiences with the big carpet companies I thought I’d give these guys a go and I’m glad I did!!! from start to finish we got great service from Matt. I would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future for all my flooring needs 5 stars well deserved!

I have used Roysia flooring a few times. They managed to remove a broken floor tile, source a new one of the same design and fit. Saved me a shed load of money replacing the kitchen floor. Very attentive and professional from start to finish.
Dreadful service. Purchased flooring and one of their fitters dumped it in our house and did a runner ( never turned up for the fit or answered phone) Followed up with manager numerous times , who promised to sort it, but turned out to be all mouth and no action. Cost us money and time. Avoid this place at all costs
