An excellent job re-carpeting my flat. This firm dealt uncomplainingly about some 1970s defects which had been invisible before the strip-out.
Proper old-school customer service! Manager Chris came in person to measure and advise, then again to organise the remedial floorboards work.
Fitters were cheerful and constructive, commenting that I had removed more furniture than I needed to. They would have been happy to move items and replace them as they worked.

Had the team lay carpet and laminate in a 1 bedroom flat. Chose flooring in shop and they fitted it when the flat was empty. It’s been a few months since they finished the job and I visited the other day. Absolutely thrilled with fitting and quality. Real attention to detail. Flat sold almost immediately. Superb job, thanks fellas. Highly recommended and will use again.
Excellent service, competitive price, polite, tidy and efficient, precise carpet installation. Chris came to look at the house to quote for landing and stairs carpet. The quote came soon after and was very competitive. I was always kept up to date by chris. The installation by Bob and Billy (both very personable Radio 6 listeners ) was superb. The finished result is just great. Thank you.
I have just had a number of carpets fitted by Westminster carpets. Prior to ordering I shopped around and their quote was the most competitive. The staff in the show room were extremely helpful and the men who came to fit the carpets could not have been more accommodating. They moved all of my furniture and dismantled the heavy beds and then put everything back in it’s original place. Nothing was a problem at any point from ordering to fitting. The finish was extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company.
