I recently had engineered oak flooring installed throughout our downstairs by Country Wood Flooring and couldn’t be happier with the result. It looks fantastic and has completely transformed the space.
James and Laura, who run the business, were brilliant from start to finish. Their customer service really stood out, they were responsive, easy to deal with, and genuinely cared about getting everything right.
The installation was completed to a high standard, with great attention to detail throughout. The team were professional, punctual, and kept everything clean and tidy.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, Laura and James have been absolutely lovely, incredibly helpful, and so informative. They guided us through the whole process when we honestly didn’t know what we were doing, making everything feel clear, calm, and straightforward.
The team sanded and restored our Victorian wood floors exactly as we had hoped, the finish is perfect. They also fitted carpets upstairs and on the stairs, and the workmanship throughout has been outstanding.
The entire experience was smooth and stress free. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made such a difference. It’s clear this is a family business that truly cares about what they do, and it really shows in the results.

Laura and James are lovely and extremely helpful and gave us valuable information. The fitters Sean and Kieran were efficient and polite. We are extremely pleased with our new floor and we will definitely go back to them. Highly recommend and great to be able to use a local business.
