I recently had engineered oak flooring installed throughout our downstairs by Country Wood Flooring and couldn’t be happier with the result. It looks fantastic and has completely transformed the space.
James and Laura, who run the business, were brilliant from start to finish. Their customer service really stood out, they were responsive, easy to deal with, and genuinely cared about getting everything right.
The installation was completed to a high standard, with great attention to detail throughout. The team were professional, punctual, and kept everything clean and tidy.
Would happily recommend.
Excellent service. We have used Country Wood Floors for our lounge and conservatory. James and Laura are knowledgeable and were able to give us ideas and good options to achieve what we wanted.
Installation was simple and straightforward. Good communication throughout re. appointments and fitting.
Special mention for Kieron (hope I've spelt that right) who did most of the work for his expertise.
Highly recommended and would definitely use again.
Highly recommend James and his team! They were polite, professional, and gave a great personal touch throughout. James was incredibly helpful with our dining room and lounge flooring. He guided us on colours and how different layout options would alter and improve the look of our space. The installation was seamless and it looks amazing. Allison & Richard, Milton Keynes
We're so happy with our flooring from Country Wood Flooring. James and Laura were fantastic from start to finish, helping us choose the right floor and offering expert advice throughout the process.
They were incredibly accommodating when it came to fitting, and the whole experience was seamless from beginning to end. The quality of the flooring is excellent, and we're absolutely delighted with the finished result.
Thank you both for all your help. We look forward to working with you again soon!
Highly recommended. We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with James and the team at Country Wood Floors.
The entire transaction was incredibly easy from start to finish. Offered excellent value for money. We are so impressed with the quality and will definitely be in touch in the future to fit an additional carpet in our back bedroom.
