Lisa was great to deal with from start to finish!
I visited the shop after being tagged in a Facebook post and they were very friendly! I took advantage of the free underlay offer and the very competitive quote came through quickly after the measurements were made! I paid the deposit and booked a fitting date which unfortunately we had to move back slightly and Lisa was very understanding about it all and fitted us in again as soon as we were ready! Thank you for excellent service, I would definitely use AD Carpets again! Louis TA7
Great service and really helpful and was not pushy (like some carpet shops) she was really nice 100% recommended. And when the blokes come round they done an excellent job considering the layout of our house the pictures say it all.
Sadly wouldn’t use again.
Chose AD carpets as was local and wanted to support. Lisa came across very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. After 2 cancelled fittings, which is one of those things and had no issue with, our flooring was fitted. Unfortunately I was away when this was done so I couldn’t check the work. I didn’t want this to happen for this reason but Lisa insisted as she felt she had let us down by cancelling the fittings before. Whilst abroad, payment was asked for which made me uncomfortable but complied. When returning I wasn’t happy with the work and reached out. I was promised this would be rectified on more than one occasion but this has still not happened. Last contact was on 12th June.
I don’t want this review to result in loosing business but more of a learning opportunity to improve communication and customer satisfaction. Word of mouth is very powerful and unfortunately when people have asked, I have not recommended you when this easily could have been rectified.
Absolutely amazing service, very helpful from the quote to the fitting, brilliant workers I simply can’t recommend them enough, very patient and was able to help us get exactly what we needed, will absolutely use again in the future!
