Had our lovely Amtico flooring laid today and we are really happy with it. The whole experience was great from going into the showroom in Basildon and being helped by Mark with colours and suitability. Was very competitively priced and an excellent selection to choose from. We visited the showroom 5 or 6 times before “we” decided which flooring to have. By then I had almost lost the will to live but Mark was as cheerful and helpful as ever. Our floors were uneven and a mix of wood and concrete, but the fitter, Danny, made short work of levelling the whole area off. The care with which he laid the parquet pattern was amazing to see; each piece being laid with millimetre precision. All in all, a painless experience and a great result
