Aspen Carpets

We have recently carpeted our family room, spare room, three sets of stairs and landings. We really liked Aspen from our first visit to the showroom down to the professional fitting. Everyone was friendly, helpful and took the time to ensure we were happy and got what we wanted. They were definitely the most responsive out of everyone we spoke to. It was great being able to take samples home to see them in situ and the team were very patient as it took us a while to decide what we wanted. Heather also spent time with us looking at door bars and underlay to ensure we got the finish we wanted. The fitting was really efficient with great attention to detail and skill. We are saving up to decorate other rooms and will definitely go back to Aspen.

We were recommended Aspen Carpets, and it was one of the best recommendations we have received. From the moment we walked into their little Tardis, ( do not be fooled, it looks small, but my goodness, they have everything, if not they will do their hardest to get it ) we knew we were in great hands, Heather made us feel really welcome and after looking and finally choosing a flooring for our hall and kitchen Heather arranged for a fitter to come and measure, Lee came and he is great, you feel like you have known him for years, Lee and a colleague fitted the sub floor this was done perfectly, they worked so hard and the next day Simon came to fit the actual flooring, Simon is an absolute delight, he was very polite and extremely tidy and worked like a trooper, don't think he stopped for a drink. This is how lovely he is, we were talking about Bee's !! do not know how we got onto that subject, but the next day Simon brought us a big jar of honey, as his dad keeps bee's, how lovely, thank you Simon, its very yummy. Back to the flooring, it looks absolutely amazing, we are so happy. This Company is a family run business they are true to their word, do not let you down and good old fashioned customer service is what is what we like. We will be going back as we are looking to have our Stairs and landing carpeted. We can highly recommend Aspen Carpets and Flooring. They also match like for like quotes, not many businesses do that . Thank you to everyone at Aspen , sorry if I forgot to mention everyone we met, we're not good with names.

We Popped in to Aspen carpets to look, after ordering new furniture, and as my wife was ill, she was showed samples brought out to our the car, my wife picked the one she liked. After the estimate for lounge and hall stairs and landing was agreed, we had the lounge fitted, but had to leave the hall stairs and landing till later due to my wives illness My wife eventually lost a short battle with cancer and passed away, I duly informed Aspen of my wives passing. Then many weeks later I phoned to ask if they would still honour the estimate as it had been a while, not only did they honour the estimate they offered to move cabinets under the stairs for me and even reduced the bill as a sympathy gesture, which touched me greatly, this small family business are a credit to themselves, and the beauty and personal service given by small businesses, it shows the way it should be, customers first, Bless you Aspen carpets and thanks from the bottom of my heart . I highly recommend you and will spread the word. Thank you.

Would never use again nor would I recommend, was disgusted with the quality of work.
