The company were recommended by our architect, so we went onto their website and ordered some samples. We were amazed at how quickly they were dispatched.
We then chose the Benchmark Oak 3506 flooring based on the sample. We wanted a quick delivery and Ricky managed to arrange for the flooring to be delivered a few days later.
Our fitter started laying the floor and we noticed that this particular product had a huge variation of light and dark oak planks, which gave the flooring a chequerboard effect. At this point we decided it wouldn’t work in our open plan room.
We contacted the company and discussed the situation with Warren. Many companies would have been dismissive but Warren understood our issue and sent us some photos of full packs that had been opened and laid out, so we could compare different products.
We then chose a product based on the information and photos that had been provided. Warren and Ricky then arranged for the new floorboards to be delivered a couple of days later on a Saturday, to be ready for the fitter on Monday.
You can tell a good company by their customer service. Warren, Ricky and the delivery driver were all first class. I would highly recommend this company and we’re looking forward to enjoying our new flooring.

Ricky and Warren were very helpful. The showroom may be out of London but worth the trip in terms of offering and cost. We picked a few versions and A4 sized samples were sent to the flat.
We reviewed and when ready (I was happy were were given time to make a decision without being chased constantly), placed our order after placing a deposit to hold the base stock for us.
Delivery was very fast 2-3 weeks. They also recommended an installer who was brilliant.
Highly recommend for quality and speed. A great secret in the Flooring market.
Recently had light oak engineered wood installed through my kitchen, dining area and living room. Ricky offered a very competitive price, the supplies were delivered on time and of top quality. Only issue was a delay in the installation due to a lack of beading required for my rooms (constructive feedback: site visit before installation?).
I am very happy with the installation, it was very quick and to a high quality.

Delivered exactly what we wanted and the installers were top class highly recommended.
Very very pleased with our floor from Barham, fitted back in the spring. We went for engineered wood in the living room (Country / creative oak) and Herringbone Oak for our hallway. Ricky in the showroom was very helpful and the quote was very competitive. Installation was very quick and we love it. From first visit to finished was less than a month too which was great. Highly recommended.
