We used Bartram Flooring for our new home and I can’t recommend them enough, great service and communication throughout from Kathryn and the team who were a great help with giving us suggestions and advice. Delighted with our floor and the services provided by Bartram Flooring. There was good communication throughout, Ollie came out and gave good advice and lots of suggestions as to what would work to suit our needs. Our visit to the showroom provided further advice and information and at no point did we feel pressured or rushed. The work was carried out while we were on holiday and again the channel of communication were good.
When we returned the work looked great and the room was in a clean and tidy state .
Absolutely love my flooring. Well worth it. The lad, Michael, was punctual, well manured, spot on with attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. He was neat and tidy right the way through the process. Talked me through each day what he was going to do. We will be extending our kitchen area next year with an orangery. And we will be definitely getting this company back to continue the flooring all the way through. Thank u
Have barely had a chance to wash new floors over due to on-going building work but credit where credit is due.The service provided from start to finish from Bartram flooring was outstanding.Very patient, friendly while still being professional. Even removed and disposed of old flooring! I love my new floors.Thank you!
I'm already saving to replace sitting room and dining room.
What can I say! Bartram came to remove and replace flooring that had been poorly fitted by the builder throughout the house. Although a huge job they left my home spotless every day and took their time to make sure I got the perfect finish. I am over the moon with the finished result and would recommend to anyone.
