We recently had our Living Room decorated and needed the carpet fitted as a finishing touch.
From our initial visit we were impressed with Rachel's relaxed, friendly and no pressure approach to finding us our ideal carpet & underlay.
The measuring was arranged straight away and carried out promptly, and the order made.
We were contacted as soon as it was ready and the fitting booked at a time / date that suited us.
On the day the Fitter was prompt, polite, courteous and the finished job was perfect.
I have used the likes of Carpetright before and the service was mediochre at best - a World away from these guys!
Nothing but a firm and hearty recommendation to add to the many others here - First class!
We recently had a log burner installed using Benems, and it didn’t disappoint. From the initial discussions and then from the survey, with installation, team we received an exceptional service, that helped us understand the right stove and surround to match our needs and budget. The fitting was completed over two days, they guys were exceptionally tidy and the finish was excellent, we couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others, thank you guys and it’s great to support a local business.
We have used Benhams in 3 house over the years always a very professional friendly and courteous Company nothing is to much trouble, I would recommend them to everyone looking for a professional installation
Had Laminate laid in our hall, kitchen & dining room. Rachel gave us plenty of samples to take home to help with the choice of colours. Laminate was laid by Jeff who did an excellent job (can't recommend him enough). We are having carpets fitted in the New Year in the other rooms again supplied & fitted by Benems. Great service in every aspect.
Carpets were laid in January as planned and the fitter Arden did a fantastic job, tidy worker and very experienced. My wife & myself damaged a door bar whilst moving furniture which Rachel replaced for free despite me offering to pay as it was my own fault. Excellent service from start to finish & I highly recommend this company.
We recently bought our new fireplace from this wonderful shop, and we couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. Rachel was amazing — her expert advice and friendly approach made the whole process so easy. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us choose the perfect fireplace for our home.
The quality of the product has completely blown us away — it’s even better than we imagined and has transformed our living space. The shop itself is beautiful, with so many lovely pieces on display (we even ended up grabbing a couple of gorgeous cushions while we were there!).
We can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re thinking about getting a new fireplace, definitely go and have a look — you’ll be glad you did!
