We have recently used Benems services to change out the carpet in our living room. Rachel was very helpful with advising the carpet options and organising everything. The fitter was great, did the job nice and quickly and was very tidy. Everything ran so smoothly and I couldn't recommend this company enough.
From the moment we walked into the store to after installation Benems have been great. We knew we wanted herringbone and Rachel was able to advise on what was the best option for us. Communication was fantastic throughout, only a phone call or email away and they were able to fit us in around our house renovations. Fitters also great and came to us early for a chat in the morning before installation to give us updates etc. They are the experts in their area and definitely more knowledgable than big chains where you don’t get that personalised experience. Couldn’t recommend enough!
I have used Benems a few times now and quite honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else, you always get good advice and a very good deal.
Fitters have always left my house spotless when they have fitted my carpets or flooring, cleared all excess materials from my property, very polite and respectful.
Bonus is it's a local well established company and you get to deal with the same person every time.
I am now in the process of choosing a new fire from them.
We recently bought some garden ornaments from this lovely shop, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase . From start to finish, the service was exceptional.
Rachel was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us in choosing the perfect ornament for our garden.
The quality of the products is outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The shop itself is beautifully presented, with a wonderful selection of garden ornaments, flooring, cushions, fireplaces, and home accessories to browse.
We can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for high-quality home or garden products and excellent customer service, this is definitely the place to visit. You’ll be glad you did!
As soon as I visited Benems, Rachel and the team were fabulous. Rachel answered all my queries and reassured me when I had concerns . I was updated regularly and the installation was explained in detail. I am very pleased with the fire surround and fire. Would definitely recommend.
