Darren carried out the repairs, and he was friendly, tidy, and extremely respectful throughout. I genuinely enjoyed our conversations, and the quality of his workmanship exceeded my expectations.
After seeing the showroom, it’s clear that the quality and range of options are exceptional. I’m really looking forward to returning to have the flooring replaced once my renovations are complete. Thank you!

We sourced Harvey Maria LVT flooring and a Sisal style carpet and runner for the landing and stairs through Bespoke Floors and are absolutely delighted with both. Nick could not have been more helpful in guiding us to the right decision and the customer service to resolve any issues was flawless. The range of products and knowledge they have about them is really excellent. Recommend highly.
Great experience with Bespoke floors as they replaced carpet with laminate flooring in our 2 bedrooms. Great communication, very respectful of timings, and the results are amazing! Will use them again in the future :)
