Bespoke floors refitted my flooring after a terrible job previously by another company. They did a wonderful job. Gary was very knowledgable and honest about what was best. Nick let me take as many samples as I needed to decide and was very patient with me bringing them back. Richard did a thorough and fantastic job prepping and fitting our new floor. Can’t recommend them enough.
I experienced quite severe lifting with the floorboards that had been fitted before I purchased my property. I visited the Bespoke branch, and Nick promptly came out to take measurements and provide two separate quotes — one for an interim repair and another for a full replacement at a later stage.
Darren carried out the repairs, and he was friendly, tidy, and extremely respectful throughout. I genuinely enjoyed our conversations, and the quality of his workmanship exceeded my expectations.
After seeing the showroom, it’s clear that the quality and range of options are exceptional. I’m really looking forward to returning to have the flooring replaced once my renovations are complete. Thank you!
