I called up and spoke with Louis, who I believe is the owner of the business. He came out personally and showed me a wide range of samples. To be honest, I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, and I found choosing a carpet quite overwhelming.
Louis recommended a particular carpet and, although it wasn’t necessarily the one I would have chosen myself, he asked me to trust his experience and expertise. I’m so glad I did.
His team came out today and I cannot praise them highly enough. Dave, the carpet fitter, and his team were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, respectful of my home, and even helped move furniture around to make the whole process easier for me.
One thing that particularly impressed me was that they managed to source a large enough piece of carpet to cover the room without any joins. Given the size of the area, I think that’s quite impressive and it has made a huge difference to the finished look.
The finished result is incredible. I genuinely believe they have added value to my property. The biggest compliment came from my daughter when she walked in and simply said, “Wow!” I’ve never heard such a big reaction from her before.
A huge thank you to Louis, Dave, and the whole team. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also delivered a fantastic finish using a product that, had I been left to choose alone, I may never have selected. Having shopped around beforehand, I also found their pricing to be very competitive.
If you’re looking for flooring, these are genuinely a one-stop shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I wouldn’t look anywhere else.
We were so impressed with the service we received as we were unsure of what we needed but we went with the recommendation of wooden Venetian blinds and absolutely love them .. they were installed all in one day and they look amazing, the grey colour fits in perfectly.. would definitely recommend..
We have just had our new tattoo studio flooring done by Louis and the team. Amazing job as always. Quick, efficient and finished to the highest standard as per usual.
It is the second time I’ve used Bourne Blinds, predominantly because of the quality and expertise of fitting. I wasn’t let down on this occasion either. The quality of this product is exceptional. Whilst I understand the need to pay a large deposit, i.e. 50% of the full cost. However the requirement to pay the remainder in full days prior to fitting did have me a little concerned. Notwithstanding, I would definitely use Bourne Blinds again
Very happy with the new perfect fit blinds in our bifold doors, supplied and fitted by Bourne Blinds and Flooring. Will definitely be using them again.
