Very friendly and helpful service and helped provide the right carpet at the right price rather than try and charge more for expensive carpet. Even offered to source alternative carpets. Would definitely use again
Fantastic. Truly excellent staff, crew and results. House was fitted on schedule & on budget by a professional and very friendly crew. Admin was easy to deal with. Results were just perfect. Thanks guys!! 10/10
I will save you the time of looking elsewhere. I had 3 other companies give quotes and Brighton Carpet Centre were significantly better priced. Kim also gave very helpful info which resulted in an excellent choice. The fitters went above and beyond...they weren't happy with a slight ridge that I was not aware of from the floorboard and took the time to pull up the old work and reset it so the job would be to their standard..
All in all an excellent experience and another reason to support a local business. Would recommend to everyone
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! All members of the team are extremely professional, highly experienced and genuinely care about their customers. The fitters went the extra mile putting excellent finishing touches and the store staff were friendly and very empathetic and professional with regards to making our experience COVID secure. Many thanks to all at Brighton Carpet Centre for making our first carpet buying experience a great one! Could not be happier!
