Neill and the Brocklehurst team were great! Prompt to respond and sending out samples. The fitters were amazing, especially working in this heat. I'm very happy with all my flooring.
Very pleased with my carpets and cork flooring - everyone at Brocklehurst, from showroom to fittings, has been so friendly and helpful. My family have used them for years and I would highly recommend.
Brocklehurst were brilliant from start to finish. Leni was amazing to deal with and made the process so easy and straightforward. The fitter (Jay) did a great job. Thanks!
We recently had wooden flooring installed by Brocklehurst, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Their expertise made the selection process effortless, and the installation was completed to an excellent standard. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they got the job done.
Initially, we made the mistake of choosing Amtico, but Brocklehurst handled the switch to wooden flooring smoothly and without any hassle—no penalties, just fantastic customer service. Choosing a local business was the best decision, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for future home improvements!
Brocklehurst put in new wooden flooring and stair runners throughout the upstairs of our house and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The wooden flooring looks fantastic and the fitters were excellent.
My only criticism would be some of the communication, particularly between showroom and fitters, could be improved, however all staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Would absolutely recommend.
