We had carpet installed throughout our upstairs today, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. Their workmanship was excellent, and they paid great attention to detail. The finished result looks amazing, and we are very pleased with the quality of their work. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled carpet fitting service. Thank you!
Good communication’s and quick turnaround at first.
We had karnden flooring installed in our brand new home (living room) and screeding also (as required for installation)
Unfortunately it was very uneven and all our furniture rocks, attempted to call multiple times and achieved a site visit by the installer who agreed it was out of line but blamed it on the concrete works (screeding shouldn’t of taken place in that case)
No further response from carpet collections regarding this and works invalidated warranty from the home builders so I am stuck with a wonket floor that I will need to get this ripped out and relayed.

Would like to say a big thank you to Andy and Chris who fitted my flooring today. So happy with it, and you both were great guys. Extremely polite and respectful and great at what you do. Thanks to Lee the boss man for arrangjng this for me. Look forward to meeting Colin in a few weeks for the kitchen floor to be done. Thank you very much ❤️
