Really really disappointing service. The fitters snuck off without finishing the job leaving carpet at edge of stairs unsecured and unsafe eventhough they promised to call to make sure we signed off for a final check. They also knocked a chunk out of the wardrobe door and left without saying anything or figuring out how to make good. This was realised by us at 2:30 pm and the fitter was all of a sudden unreachable. The company now says they can’t return for 3 days to make good. We are moving in in 2 days which they know. Would not use them again as find the fitting team sneaky and sloppy and dishonest. Management were very hard to reach and made no efforts to rectify the mistakes promptly eventhough there were hours left in the working day when they were made aware.
Thank you for such an amazing customer experience. We have used Carpet Express several times. From the professional/friendly in-shop experience to their competitive pricing and quality installations, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Carpet Express not only delivered on their promise, installation date in 7 days, they gave me a 30 minute arrival, carpet fitted in an hour.
Unlike Carpet Right who are totally useless, their so called software selection program picked out the wrong colour.
Carpet Express’ Will gave me a slot date, prices are all inclusive, top man 👍👍👍. Not only he satisfied the customer, he fulfilled as a business owner, by going the extra mile, in pleasing the customer.
These guys are very busy, so be mindful in selecting a installation date. If there’s a cancellation Carpet Express will give a prior phone call. It’s been over a week since Carpet Express fitted my carpet & I totally love it!
Even the carpet fitters are friendly, passionate about their job, professional service.
Always very impressed with the quality of service and product I receive. Prompt and efficient customer service. Always honest product recommendation and pricing. Great customer follow up.
Disappointing service. Communication was poor throughout, and the work was left incomplete multiple times so they had to keep coming back. The team was completely unhygienic on every visit — including toilets left in a disgusting state and even bedding placed on top of a toilet. Very unprofessional.
