Waited 8 weeks for two carpets at nearly €4000. Carpets didn’t come in as expected so we had to wait another week. Fine. Carpet fitters turned up an hour late on the date of fitting and said they couldn’t fit the carpets because there was a cot and a bed in each of the rooms that couldn’t be moved. Why weren’t we told this upon ordering?
The delivery guy left quickly saying ‘I’m going now it’s a wasted journey’. Never met a company like it. So rude.
Pat was a pleasure to deal with in the store but their fitter smashed a bunch of holes in our walls and was quite dismissive insisting we were to blame for not informing him the skirting boards were screwed onto the wall. (We were first time buyers and not aware of the difference)
They refunded us 100€ and sent a painter over to patch the holes in the wall but the holes weren’t painted over so we are having to repaint the rooms one by one to avoid the paint flashing.
I’d recommend them for their materials but would insist you use a different fitter.

Five star service. I had the Balterio flooring fitted last week and couldn't be happier with the result. The salesmen so helpful and friendly. I've been using this company over the years and have always been happy with them.
But I feel I have to mention the two guys that actually fitted my flooring, Absolutely fantastic!!! Their workmanship was second to none, they are perfectionist's and in all my years I've never had such great tradesman in my home. They did such a fantastic job and left my house so clean and tidy. Excellent job delighted. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this company.
