The estimator was lovely & very knowledgeable. It was great to be able to choose the carpet from home without having to go to a showroom. Competitively priced. Fitting was quick. Would recommend, thank you! 👍🏻
I found out about Carpets at Home via Facebook adds and liked the designs on their page, so contacted them via messenger and they were quick to get back to me, and arranged measurements where they brought all the samples within a few days. I had vinyl fitted for my bathroom and toilet and the fitter did a great job. Very polite and professional company, efficient service, wide range of choice for vinyl and reasonably priced. Overall I recommend them.
We are so pleased with our experience with Carpets At Home.
We had a home visit with Steve who was fab to choose the colour and type and we chose a light beige option. He measured for us and provided us with a quote and just over a week later it was fitted.
Well priced and the quality of the carpet is excellent. Ashley was great with all questions I had and the fitters were great too. 10/10!
Appalling service . Asked about vinyl for my kitchen because my dogs had chewed it . Quick enough to respond and come out. I had to take a day off work for him to come out. Said he'd be in touch with a quote , that was 2 weeks ago . Messaged them and no response , huge difference from my first enquiry. Absolutely shocking customer service. If I could give them a zero I would have. Guess my small kitchen wasn't worthy of them. Disgusting
We have used Carpets At Home for multiple rooms in our house and we are absolutely delighted with the service every time. Joanne and I felt looked after from the start, with honest advice and help choosing the right carpet for each room.
The measuring and fitting were organised quickly, the fitters turned up when they said they would, and they were clean, tidy and respectful in our home. The workmanship is excellent and the finish looks spot on.
It is rare to find a company that is this reliable and friendly, with such high standards. We would happily recommend Carpets At Home and we will definitely use them again.
