From professional advice offered in the shop when first visiting, listening to our needs, problem solving an uneven floor base issue, a no obligation/no sales pressure quote, all the way through to the day of fitting. Competitively priced for a high quality carpet. The team on the day were very courteous and made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. Their advice and fitting has led to 4 x transformed rooms, beyond our expectations.

Would highly recommend these guys. They did a high quality, professional job when they laid both new carpets and LVT in our house. Matt was fabulous at going through all the options with us and providing us with a whole range of sample that we could try at home before making the final decision. Lee and the team did a fabulous fitting job and did it with the minimum amount of disruption to us despite the fact that the whole house was having new flooring. They are highly professional and also lovely guys to deal with.

From the moment we first stepped into Colin's Carpets in Blackwater, Camberley, we were warmly welcomed by Matt, whose knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care immediately put us at ease. He guided us through their impressive range of flooring options, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We decided to place an order for both our staircase to be carpeted and for stunning Mountain Birch Herringbone flooring to be laid throughout the entire ground floor. On the day the staircase was fitted, we had the pleasure of meeting Lee, the proprietor, who got straight to work with remarkable skill and professionalism. The ground floor installation was a four-day job involving latex leveling before laying the herringbone floor, and both Matt and Lee were there for the initial stage. Lee and his team carried on with precision and care, leaving us absolutely delighted with the final result. The quality of the product, the craftsmanship, and the friendly, trustworthy nature of everyone we encountered made this experience a true pleasure.
