We chose Collins to lay LVT in our home and we couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. Mat was incredibly professional and helpful from the start, measuring up and helping us choose the right flooring. Lee did an absolutely incredible job laying our herringbone flooring, and both of them went above and beyond to sort unforeseeable issues with our flooring underneath once lifted. We now have the herringbone floor of my Pinterest dreams! We couldn't have asked a for more genuine, trustworthy, friendly business to work with. Thank you - we'll be back!
Amazing service, they put my appointment on hold and came over to assess the job at no extra charge. Incredibly friendly staff and a sterling job. I had a vinyl floor and they matched it with the right colour sealant. Very happy customer.
Would highly recommend these guys. They did a high quality, professional job when they laid both new carpets and LVT in our house. Matt was fabulous at going through all the options with us and providing us with a whole range of sample that we could try at home before making the final decision. Lee and the team did a fabulous fitting job and did it with the minimum amount of disruption to us despite the fact that the whole house was having new flooring. They are highly professional and also lovely guys to deal with.
Lee's attention to detail is refreshing to see. The finish of the floor has transformed our hall way and the Herringbone effect is installed better than our expectations. 100% recommend Collins Carpets.
