From my first contact with Dave at Crucial Interiors, I've been very impressed with the quality of service which has been very pleasant and professional throughout.
All aspects dealt with promptly from choosing new linoleum for my kitchen to it being expertly fitted today with the minimum of fuss,all areas left clean and tidy.

Great range of carpets and really helpful staff to advise on the product / technical side of things. Massive thanks for getting us booked in for fitting so swiftly and also appreciated the fitters' advice while they were on the job. We'll be returning when we replace the bedroom carpets!
We bought laminate from Cruical which is stunning! So many choices and such amazing support. We dealt with Kelly and Paul, who were helpful, hilarious and knowledgeable. We needed the flooring for our new puppy completely destroying our carpet. We've had the flooring a few months now and it's gone through hell and back.... and nothing! No scratches or anything! The fitter, my husband said was so professional and did an excellent job.
We are having the rest house done soon and we will not be using anyone else.

Work done on behalf of bellway homes 18 months ago, waiting on fitters to come out and repair faulty tiles for a third time. Slow lead times with each callout to match
