Our story: we had just moved to a new bungalow and needed new flooring in three rooms. The flooring needed to match existing flooring in a hallway and one room.
Dean came to advise and quote. He recognized the flooring as Karndean Art Select Spring Oak Parquet. It's an expensive option, but the quote was fine and we scheduled the work for 1st December.
Bright and early on the 1st, Steve and Leon arrived and over the next week stripped out old flooring, laid self-levelling concrete/bonding, then painstakingly laid the Karndean tiles one by one. These are individual small blocks so precision is key. Excellent work and a really lovely team.
The result? A perfect match to existing flooring and a wonderful result. The photos don't do it justice as we are still swamped with boxes.

From our first meeting with Dean to discuss our flooring requirements we were instilled with confidence that they would do a good job. When Steve and Leon arrived to start the job they were professional and made a fantastic job of our LVT floor. A couple of weeks later Steve turned up again to fit our carpets. Once again a brilliant job Steve! Thank you all for your expertise in doing a fantastic job. We’re very happy with our new flooring. Would thoroughly recommend Dean and his team for your flooring needs.
The company kindly agreed to fit some vinyl floor tiles that we had left over from a previous project into our small cloakroom. It was a small job to them but to us, it was the difference between finishing off the room and not.
They were laid to perfection and Steve even managed to perform a minor miracle when it was feared that there weren't enough tiles to complete the job. He was also friendly but professional at all times and I thoroughly recommend D Good's. Very pleased.
Dean supplied and installed LVT flooring in our lounge/diner July 2024 and has done an immaculate job! We couldn't be happier with the quality & finish, plus Dean was a pleasure deal with, clean & tidy and punctual. We'll certainly be getting him to replace the floor throughout the rest of our house and recommending him to friends & family.
Just fantastic work as always. Dean & staff are always lovely clean tidy and always happy and most important come when they say . We are in our eighties have moved more time than we can remember. Dean & staff are the best thank you
