Me and my Boyfriend brought our first home in March and have used D Reeves for all flooring! From start to finish they have been amazing. Emma was so helpful when picking carpets/herringbone and her communication on email was always so helpful! She never made me feel like any question was silly/stupid and was so lovely! They were quick to do quotes and just a pleasure to work with! Darren did a fabulous job on the carpet/herringbone, we couldn’t be happier! He was so nice and tidy! Renovating your first home can be very daunting/frustrating but D Reeves made it so much better and were genuinely amazing! Have already been recommending to everyone! Fantastic experience from start to finish. New carpets in lounge, stairs and landing. From chatting through options in picking a carpet (new cat) through to removing the old stuff and giving me a couple of days to sort the floorboards and stairs, nothing was too much trouble for Darren. A great finish with attention to detail we are very pleased with the final result which was reasonably priced too. Will be using Darren again in the New Year to replace bedroom carpets. 10/10
My friend recommended D. Reeves flooring. I was convinced as her floor looked fantastic. From start to finish I found the whole process really easily. Firstly I emailed and they were really helpful. Then I went in the store to check the colour. We picked the 'Canyon Oak' colour. On the day - everything went really smoothly. They were very considerate, checking if I had any animals and if they could play the radio. The workmanship was outstanding. So neat and my bedroom looks amazing. I am so happy with my room. It is so might brighter and feels new again. A lovely family business. Thank you A++++
We're so happy with our new carpets. Absolutely recommend this company. We had carpets installed in two rooms - they were fitted perfectly around the various radiator pipes and into the (redundant) fire places. The pricing was great and the communication spot on from first contact all the way through. Thank you!
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! Both Emma & Darren were professional, efficient and incredibly friendly. The quality of the carpet is outstanding, and the fitting was done to perfection. My whole house has been carpeted (apart from the kitchen) and I couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality carpets and an excellent service!"
