From meeting Dean in the shop & listening to his advice & then to today, having him fit our carpets for us today I cannot praise the whole team highly enough. Very easy from receiving the invoice, to the gorgeous carpets being fitted, the whole process has been made so easy. So many fabulous choices in the shop & being able to take the swatch home to try it in the sitting is really helpful.
