Amazing service from start to finish. The young lady in the shop was knowledgeable and efficient. The measuring of a the room to be carpeted was done accurately and efficiently. The 2 guys who arrived to lay the carpet, not only were they professional, they went over and above by asking if I needed anything moved back. Everyone was courteous was helpful. Thoroughly recommend them
Deben Carpets staff were great from first contact to quoting to fitting. The carpet and area around the bar look fantastic with great attention to detail and finish. Looking forward to their return after Christmas to carry out more work on our barge. Harwich and Dovercourt Sailing Club.
We are beyond thrilled with the results of our new Karndean flooring. John & Charlie were extremely professional from start to finish. Were careful with our belongings and ensured we were happy before any final flooring was laid, cleaning as they go. John also made some good suggestions and the attention to detail from the team is phenomenal. We would not hestitate to recommend them. Thank you so very much, we are really pleased!
