A week later, my wife and I returned for another viewing and decided on a beautiful 20-pile carpet with 9mm underlay. We weren’t entirely sure how many square metres we needed, but the owner went above and beyond by coming to our home the very same day to measure up and provide a precise quote. He also made excellent recommendations to minimise wastage and carefully plan the carpeting around the landing banister area — advice we wouldn’t have even thought about ourselves. After confirming the quote, he returned just one week later to complete the installation. The workmanship is absolutely faultless. Every edge, join, and finish has been done to the highest standard, and we genuinely cannot find a single issue. The transformation is incredible — they’ve truly helped turn our house into a home.
