I came here to get some flooring for my kitchen on a friday. The order should've arrived on the following tuesday. I had to wait until the following week as I believe they forgot to place the order. While I accept + understand human error, there is no excuse for the lack of explanation or an apology. I paid a lot of money and would expect better service. When I did go to pick it up, the lady at reception was really nice and a young lad helped me to get it in my car (which is the reason I gave a 3* + not a 2*!)
Me and my wife were really happy with the level of care and attentiveness shown by Pradip and Dimple. Quality carpets at a reasonable price. Cannot fault the customer service we received prior to and during the installation of the carpets. Jaz, the carpet fitter was really professional with his work. Will being using their services in the future.
Really difficult to work with, decided not to finish the rest of the house with them sadly. Lazy finishing. Paid extra money for furniture movement and they kept refusing. Disappointed. And they took the rest of the underlay.
Excellent communication and service throughout.
Prompt delivery, expert installation, and the best carpets price.
Mr Tahir was incredibly helpful from day one.
